Fuel Food In Five Minutes 

Hey guys! So, I had the day off and it was so nice to take my time to enjoy my coffee, and go grocery shopping for my favorite things! 

Here are some quick fuel foods that only take 5 minutes:

1. Avocado toast with boiled egg (I boiled the eggs the night before)

You can also do this with fried egg and avocado with a combo of chunky all natural peanut butter and banana with honey and granola 😋

2. Peanut butter toast with banana, honey, and KIND granola sprinkled on top.

3. KASHI whole grain vegan waffles 

Made with better n butter, oikos triple zero yogurt, bananas, blue berries, and strawberries.

4. Banana oat pancakes

5.Fried avocado toast, string cheese, almonds, and frozen grapes 🍇 

6. Oatmeal bowl
