I had a feast yesterday and didn’t eat the best or exercise over the weekend but hey guys, this is real life. I’m only human, we’ve got to stop being so damn hard on ourselves. So what if we get bloated, so what if our bodies don’t look like a fitness model every day?! All you can do is what’s in your control in the here and now. Let go of the guilt, do what makes you happy πŸ’ͺπŸ’•
