Turkey quinoa bowl

What you’ll need:

  • Ground turkey (I get 94% lean) 
  • Quinoa (I get the Mediterranean veggie)
  • Broccoli 
  • Grape tomatoes 
  • Avocado 
  • Low sodium taco seasoning 
  • Garlic powder
  • Chopped Onions 
  • Salsa 

How to make it: 

  • Add olive oil to a pan 
  • Add ground turkey 
  • Add seasoning (low sodium taco seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, salsa, a drizzle of sweet baby rays sweet and spicy BBQ sauce, and a tsp of low sodium soy sauce)
  • Add quinoa to a pan with 2 cups of water (cook for 10 minutes then add to skillet of turkey)
  • Cut grape tomatoes up and add to skillet 
  • Add broccoli (I heat up the steamers in the microwave first) 
  • Add feta cheese
