Skinny “Fine”Apple Protein Shake

For the majority of us who can’t be on the beach with a pina colada right now.

What you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of pineapple (I use frozen but you can cut it up)
  • 1 1/2 cups of Sugar free vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Triple zero Oikos vanilla yogurt (or just fat free vanilla yogurt)
  • Add a handful of ice
  • A blender

Simple, but quick and easy to make and soooo good!
