For the majority of us who can’t be on the beach with a pina colada right now.
What you need:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of pineapple (I use frozen but you can cut it up)
- 1 1/2 cups of Sugar free vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup Triple zero Oikos vanilla yogurt (or just fat free vanilla yogurt)
- Add a handful of ice
- A blender
Simple, but quick and easy to make and soooo good!
