15 Minute Abs 

No equipment needed! I do recommend a medicine ball or a plate but you don’t need to add that yet. And remember, You can do anything for 30 seconds. I promise!

Let’s kill it. 

*30 second rests in between each exercise

Note: you can take 30 second rests in between each exercise and between sets when you see the  X2. To increase difficulty, add plates or medicine ball! I use a medicine ball on Russian twists and love it.
